Through each island, the player will be able to participate in different challenges and only upon completing them to be challenged with the “islands host” (kahuna). Perhaps the biggest difference of Pokémon Sun & Moon is removing the all-too-familiar Gym system, but instead the Island Trial. The player’s task will still be to be able to hunt and collect Pokemon on the map to the team, step by step becoming the greatest trainer. The origin of Pokemon Sun and Moon is not too different from previous Pokemon games on consoles. And so, the player’s journey in a new land began like that. Although only recently moved to Alola, our main character accidentally has the opportunity to meet one of the four gods who protect this land. The latest version of the popular Pokemon series takes us to the land of Alola (based on real-life Hawaii) – made up of 4 different islands guarded by 4 Pokemon gods.
